Terms of Service

What the Service is (and is not)

Paris Trips Unlocked provides decision-support tools and educational information for booking premium-cabin award flights, including route and program strategies, availability-pattern guidance, and calculators.

The Service is not:

• a travel agency, and it does not book, sell, or ticket flights on your behalf;
• a guarantee that any award seat, price, mileage rate, fee, or transfer bonus will be available; and
• financial, tax, or legal advice.

Award availability, pricing, fees, taxes, surcharges, and transfer-partner behavior change constantly and are controlled by airlines and loyalty programs, not by us. You are responsible for verifying all details directly with the relevant airline or program before making any booking or transfer. We are not responsible for decisions you make based on the Service.

Accounts

You must provide accurate information and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.

Lifetime access and your license

Access to the Service is sold as a one-time purchase that grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the member tools for your own personal use. “Lifetime” means for the operational lifetime of the Service; it does not obligate us to operate the Service indefinitely, and it does not create a perpetual guarantee.

You may not:

• share, resell, sublicense, or transfer your account or access;
• scrape, copy, redistribute, or resell the data, strategies, or content in the Service; or
• use the Service in any unlawful way or to build a competing product.

Payment and refunds

Prices are shown on our pricing page and are charged through Stripe. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy. If a purchase is refunded, your access will be revoked.

Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, content, data compilations, and design, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by intellectual-property laws. Except for the limited license granted above, we reserve all rights.

Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the information in the Service is accurate, complete, current, or error-free, or that the Service will be uninterrupted.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Paris Trips Unlocked and its owners will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any lost points, miles, bookings, travel costs, or profits, arising out of or related to your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us for access.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or misuse the Service. You may stop using the Service at any time. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Washington, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
