How refunds work for your one-time Paris Trips Unlocked purchase.

Paris Trips Unlocked is a one-time purchase that unlocks lifetime access to the member tools. We want you to be confident in your purchase, so we offer the refund terms below.
14-day money-back guarantee
If you are not satisfied, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your purchase date. No detailed justification is required. After 14 days, purchases are non-refundable because access to the digital tools and data is granted immediately and in full.
How to request a refund
Email support@paristripsunlocked.com from the address associated with your account and include your purchase details. We will process approved refunds to your original payment method through Stripe. Refunds typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
What happens when a refund is issued
When a refund is processed, your lifetime access is revoked and your account will no longer be able to use the paid member features.
Chargebacks
If you have a billing concern, please contact us first — we are happy to help. Filing a chargeback instead of requesting a refund may result in your access being revoked while the dispute is reviewed.
