This Privacy Policy explains what information Paris Trips Unlocked (“Paris Trips Unlocked,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects when you use our website and member tools (the “Service”), how we use it, and the choices you have. By using the Service you agree to the practices described here.
Information we collect
- Account information. When you create an account we collect your email address and authentication details needed to sign you in.
- Profile and content you provide. Settings you choose and any travel plans, notes, or preferences you save in the Service.
- Billing information. When you purchase access, our payment processor (Stripe) collects and processes your payment details. We do not receive or store your full card number. We keep a limited billing record such as your Stripe customer identifier, purchase date, and access status.
- Technical and usage data. Basic information such as log data and device/browser details that are generated when you use a web application, used to operate and secure the Service.
How we use your information
- Provide, maintain, and improve the Service and your account.
- Process your purchase and manage your access to paid features.
- Send you account, security, and transactional messages (for example, sign-up confirmation and password reset).
- Respond to your support requests.
- Detect, prevent, and address fraud, abuse, and technical issues.
- Comply with legal obligations.
Service providers we use
We rely on a small number of trusted third-party providers to run the Service. They process information only as needed to perform services for us:
- Supabase — authentication, database, and secure file storage for your account and saved content.
- Vercel — application hosting and delivery.
- Stripe — payment processing and receipts. See Stripe’s own privacy policy for how it handles payment data.
- Resend — delivery of transactional emails.
We do not sell your personal information.
Cookies and sessions
We use cookies and similar technologies that are necessary to sign you in and keep your session secure. These are required for the Service to function.
Data retention and deletion
We keep your account information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service and meet legal or record-keeping obligations. You can request deletion of your account and associated personal data by contacting us at support@paristripsunlocked.com. Some records, such as those required for tax or payment compliance, may be retained as required by law.

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
